The State of the Industry

These are trying times we live in. This constant flood of new technology is becoming a blessing and a burden, or so it seems. The advertising industry is fearful of the future and what it will mean for their clients. But fear not industry! For there is a bright beaming light at the end of your tunnel and it is in the form of graduating students! We may not have the experience, but you need us now more than ever to show you how to navigate this ever-changing techverse.

My dad may not be able to send texts, but he knows how to receive them, and that is all that really matters. What I am trying to say is that even though it seems that mostly only us “kids” are taking advantage of all these new ways to communicate, that doesn’t mean that everyone else isn’t connected, and listening in. With the right tools I can send a message (any kind of message) to anyone, anywhere. So if the basis of our job is to get messages to the masses, then these are bright and brilliant times we live in, and it is time we took full advantage!
